FIRE PLAN RESPONSIBILITIES​


The person organising the event (Hirer) is responsible for ensuring that all visitors are aware of this procedure with particular attention to any person with visual, hearing or physical impairment.​


In the event of an evacuation the person organising the event is responsible for ensuring that any person with visual, hearing or physical impairment is aware of the evacuation and escorting them to the fire assembly area.

Fire Plan Briefing

FIRE EXITS:

There are 3 external fire exits indicated with exit signs and located at:

  • the main entrance
  • the side exit
  • the rear exit

ASSEMBLY AREA:

The assembly area is the grass Crescent Green in front of the hall.

 

If you see a fire:

 

Raise the alarm and leave the building by the nearest available exit route without collecting personal belongings.

Call the Emergency Services on 999 or 112 by mobile​.

Do not return to the building until instructed to do so by a Fire Officer or person organising the event.
